Stephen Mark Crisp is an multidisciplinary artist and coach of those same disciplines. He is a vocal pedagogue (teacher) currently seeking a Masters of Music in Contemporary Commericial Music Vocal Pedagogy from Shenandoah Conservatory where he is the voice student of Dr. Matthew Edwards. He has a BFA in Musical Theatre and has performed professional on tours, regional theatres and on film/television. His work as an arts educator has spanned being the head of the Musical Theatre Department and Community Engagement at Cincinnati Academy of Performing Arts, Vocal Arts director for Arena Stage's summer camp in Washington, D.C., and currently is Musical director for Imagination Stage in Bethesda, Maryland. He also coaches privately in DC, Cincinnati and online. His students have gone on to pursue degrees in vocal performance, musical theatre and other performing arts disciplines at Belmont University, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Wright State, Northern Kentucky University, Shenandoah Conservatory, Capitol University and many more.
